What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the time to another client. Cancellations inside 24 hours may carry a 50% fee, and no-shows may be charged in full.
Can I purchase gift vouchers?
Yes. LunaSol vouchers are beautifully presented and suit any occasion. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange one for you.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Tell us what you need, tension, tired skin, or simply time out, and we'll recommend the treatment that fits your skin and wellness goals. Nothing is prescribed before we've listened.
How do I book?
Bookings are made by WhatsApp, phone, or in person. Let us know your preferred treatment, or simply tell us your needs and desired outcome and we'll discuss the best option together. Please arrive five minutes early so we can settle you in.
Is there anything you need to know before my treatment?
Please tell your therapist about any medical conditions, allergies or injuries beforehand. Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or with certain conditions, and we may adjust a treatment to keep it safe for you.
How does delivery work for products?
Orders are delivered by courier, or by hand within Pretoria East. Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your suburb. Message us if you'd prefer to collect.
